I purchased the Paula Young Leia wig though I prefer a monofilament part or monofilament top. The model photo and advertisement sold me. I really like Leia's length, soft, loose curls, and density.
I wore Leia to film a YouTube wig review on my Channel Wig Review Central. The basic cap indeed has permatease, but not excessively. The volume was natural-looking, not overdone. The cap is comfortable. It is roomy. If you have a slightly larger than 22" circumference head that is Average size in the wig industry, you ought to be able to wear Leia without a problem.
I purchased the LEIA WIG for $66.99 in color SF613/14 GOLDEN LIGHTS. This color is mostly 613 with the darker 14 at the nape. Golden Lights costs more than the standard colors in the Paula Young palette. Leia's retail price is $59.99 for standard colors.
The Leia wig features long layers of open, bouncy curls that hang past the shoulders. The fringeless, side-parted front frames the face and neck beautifully. I like the baby-fine regular synthetic fibers (not heat friendly), though there is some shine. My video "HOW TO REMOVE SYNTHETIC WIG SHINE IN 30 SECONDS" shows you how to use dry shampoo to dull the shine.
The wig's open ear tabs make wearing reading glasses, sunglasses or eyeglasses comfortable and easy.
Leia's measurements are: Length: 11" Front; 13.5" Top; 13.5" Crown; 14" Sides; 13" Upper Back; 14" Nape. Weight: 5.4 oz.
